  • Specialized PPE and response equipment

  • Training courses to obtain and maintain specialized capabilities

  • Full-time hazard monitoring and response coverage for the region

  • Salaries to maintain full-time response staff and capabilities in the region (team members)

  • Team community preparedness initiatives such as public awareness courses, exercises/ drills, and pre-planning.

  • First Response agency collaboration, coordination, and cross-training opportunities and activities.

  • Fundraising activities
